Before You Enroll
When does the next cohort start?
Cohorts run several times a year and I keep them small. Reach out and I’ll tell you which cohort is currently open, the exact start date, and the weekly meeting time — then you can decide whether the timing works for you.
Who is actually in the room?
Directors, vice presidents, functional heads, and senior managers from organizations of roughly 200 employees or more, across different industries. Everyone in the room leads through other leaders, which is what makes the discussion useful rather than general.
Do I need to read the entire book before we begin?
No. Selected reading assignments will be provided throughout the eight weeks.
Is this a book club?
No. The book provides the intellectual framework, but the emphasis is application, discussion, reflection, leadership hot seats, and implementation.
How much time should I expect outside the sessions?
Plan for approximately 30–60 minutes each week for selected reading, reflection, and application.
What if I miss a session?
Will I receive the book?
Yes. A copy of The Multiplier Leader is included with enrollment.
Is this industry-specific?
No. The mastermind intentionally brings leaders from different industries and organizations together.
Can my company enroll multiple leaders?
Yes, at $2,500 per participant. When several leaders from one organization attend, they leave with shared language and a common framework, which is usually worth more than the individual development. If you want the whole team in a private cohort built around your own situation, ask me about an intact team cohort instead.
Can my company be invoiced instead of paying by card?
Yes. Choose the invoice option at registration, or contact me directly and I will send an invoice with whatever purchase order or vendor documentation your finance team requires.
